What Are You Reading On Monday

A weekly event hosted by J. Kaye’s Book Blog to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week.

Well the wheels fell off the bus for me this week, my intentions were great but the energy and motivation just wasn't there. Early in the week I did finish 3 books but sadly only 1 review and blog visiting was almost non-existent (sorry guys.)  I'll just see how things go this week, not going to make any wild predictions as it's my son's 18th birthday on Halloween so I'll be busy organising his party.

Congrats to all the wonderful readers who participated in Dewey's 24hr Read-a-Thon. Awesome job!! Alaine, Annie and I participated in April but not this time. Hopefully next year!

**Don't forget to check out my interview with Lee Moylan & enter the ONCE UPON A NIGHTMARE giveaway  - open to everyone!!**

  2. Considering all that happened last week I think you did really well. But yes you have to try and catch up some reviews this week or I'll have to start nagging again!

  3. Seeing as we have similar reading DNA - I'll be waiting to see what you think of Graceling.

  4. You did well, even two or three books a week adds up to a lot in a year. I recently read The Painted Veil myself and enjoyed it very much. I look forward to your views on it.

  9. I still have more reviews than you do to do so you're doing fine. We all have those weeks (or two or three). I look forward to seeing your review of Shiver - I loved that one.

Happy early birthday to your son. My grandmother has a Halloween birthday too.

  11. Thanks for stopping by my blog and taking the time to comment. I didn't realize you had a chronic illness as well. It's been a rough fall for me, and I'm feeling bad about not being able to write any book reviews for weeks. I appreciated your understanding.

I enjoyed 20 Boy Summer, too, but The Hunger Games is one of the best books I've read all year! Hope you enjoy it this week. Busy week, here, too, with houseguests and Halloween and a day trip to NYC (which I hope I can handle!!)

    Have a good week -

    Sue
