A weekly event hosted by J. Kaye’s Book Blog to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week.
I only finished one book this week but it was a fantastic one and it was a really busy week, so that's my excuse lol. Unfortunately I don't think much is going to change this week as Alaine and I go on scrapbook camp on Friday and it usually takes me all week to get organised LOL. So here's the plan; very little reading but lots of reviewing. *giggle* *snort* ... no really, I have to catch up, I'm promising myself ... ok, we'll see how it goes.
************
Books Completed Last Week:
HUNGER GAMES by Suzanne Collins - 5 stars (review coming)
************
This Week's Reading List:
GRACELING by Kristen Cashore - page 25
DEFINITELY DEAD by Charlaine Harris (audiobook) - chapter 2
BLUE MOON by Alyson Noel
************
And this is my reminder for reviews still to do (eek! the list is creeping up again)
The Hunger Games
Twenty Boy Summer
Shiver
At Graves End
Evermore
The Painted Veil
Have fun this week :D
ReplyDeleteOMG your review backlist is getting out of hand! You have got to get that finished this week. Do you want me to get my whip out? LMAO
ReplyDeleteI know you loved most of those books but I really want to read your reviews!
My "to be reviewed" list is creeping up on me too. :-) It looks like you've been reading some really fun books. I am about a third of the way through The Hunger Games and I plan to read Graceling soon.
ReplyDeleteit's was so nice to see my name up there with yours at JKaye's top comments list. what a grand list to be among! but then i love all the royals...you guys do really great reviews and i appreciate your comments on JKaye's blog. have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI noticed that the list you need to write reviews for has been getting good reviews elsewhere. Good luck working your way through them!
ReplyDeleteYou have some fun reading to look forward too! Good luck with that review list!
ReplyDeleteANother mention of The Hunger Games. I think it is definitely a sign I read this book. You have an excellent list and list of reviews. Happy reading and thank you for visiting me.
ReplyDeleteNanny nanny boo boo. Alaine threatened to whip you! She only ordered me to get on with it so you must be naughtier than I am this week. LOL! And I know as well as you do that scrapping will mean you aren't reviewing either so you'd better get some good work in early on if you intend to be slack at the end of the week. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHunger Games was wonderful. Wasn't it. I loved reading Graceling too..
ReplyDeleteI've just started The Hunger Games.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Sookie fan so have fun with that one.
ReplyDeleteI also absolutely loved Graceling. Hope you do to. I'm starting Sea Glass and looking forward to it!
Ever since the discussion on book reviews and them creeping up on us, I've been really trying to write the review the day after I finish the book. I hate to get behind.
ReplyDeleteQuestion about WICKED GAMES by Lisa Jackson & Nancy Bush. Have you read it. If not, would you be interested in reading it?
I'll email more in a few.
I can't wait for your review of Hunger Games!

OMG Sheree, your review list is enough to make me go into a panic. Let me ask, do you write down a quick review after your done reading the book? OR Do you have to write all those reviews from scratch now (after reading more books)?

Graceling is another fabulous book! Loved it!!! Okay...Sookie is a hoot. I devoured the Sookie books last winter. I am not certain what number book is the one you have planned to read so...where are you in the series?
