It's Monday! What Are You Reading? and Scrapbook Retreat!

A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. I love this meme ... thanks Sheila :)

A fun weekend with dear friends at my favourite scrapbook place Daisy Chain Scrapbooks. Time with friends, sharing and creating is always time well spent, it nurtures the soul. This retreat's theme was 'Life's A Circus' - thanks to Barbi and the Daisy girls (some above) for another wonderful retreat.

I managed to finish 5  layouts and some cards and start another layout (will post more later in the week) even though we spent hours chatting and catching up ... not a bad effort.

  4. Enjoy your books. I had a fantastic week of reading so it's really difficult to pick a favorite book. I'm going to have go with a fan girl response and say the best (out of an extremely good set of books) was The Girl Who Fell Beneath Fairyland and Led the Revels There by Catherynne M. Valente. Please come and see what else I'm reading.
