It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. I love this meme ... thanks Sheila :)

Here's a layout I did of some of the sunsets on our July cruise, photo done using the very cool pic stitch app.

I have a busy week coming up with reviews, (if I get my act together) a blog tour, a drive to Toowoomba to spend some time with a dear old friend in hospital and Alaine and I have a charity scrapbook day on Saturday so we'll be planning and packing for that.

My eldest son is in the midst of Capstone exams this week, the culminating exams of a 4 year electrician apprenticeship. I'm sure he'll pass with flying colours but I'm sending him calm and good luck vibes anyway.

Did you make those flowers out of book pages on the scrapbook layout? It is really pretty!

  6. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE me some Winter Garden. It took a bit to get into but once you do...whew! What did you think about the mom?? Did you like her or hate her? At the beginning I hated her, but at the end...not so much. The only book in recent memory that made me cry. :) Can't wait to hear what you think!
