It's Monday! What Are you Reading?

A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. I love this meme, it helps me stay on track ... well, most of the time. Thanks Sheila!

Well it's been a huge week but I got very little read and very little done on my blog ... my bad. We are having a mostly handmade Christmas this year, making candles, body products, vinegars, vanilla extract and other goodies is fun but time consuming so you do need to be organised a little earlier ... none of my usual last minute panic ;)

This month I've been book blogging for 5 years, phew, so if I get my act together I might organise a giveaway to to celebrate that auspicious milestone and later in the week I'll  share the recipe for Faith's Custard & White Chocolate Cookies (from Outback Dreams by Rachael Johns) ... yummy!

  3. 5 years?! That is so cool-I'm coming up on my fourth blogoversary but am not planning to make a big deal out of it or anything though I will have to for the fifth. I love the sound of your homemade Christmas-I'm brainstorming ideas for my coworkers that will be cost-efficient...

  9. I'm glad you loved The Husband's Secret! It was a favorite of mine for this year.

Congrats on the five years! My first blog was started five years ago, but I didn't do much with it until a year later...when I added a bunch of other blogs. So I can really only say I've been blogging for four years.

    Those goodies look awesome!

Thanks for visiting my blog...and enjoy your week.

  14. Uh oh, I just got The Longest Ride on audio and you don't give me much hope. I have refused to read NS for years, the narrators are a couple of my favorites which is why I said yes to the audio.
