Surprisingly I averaged good steps for the week but I really had to force myself to just get up and move, mostly around the house plus a couple of really short walks with Bella and lots of pacing with my granddaughter while she was sick. It's not like exercising or not exercising makes any difference to my pain levels but I'm so not feeling it ... pity party at my place ;)
Sunday was a couch-potato day spent binge-watching the 3rd very addictive season of Scandal!

ReplyDeleteYou did great and so hope that pain eases. You have started me on Scandal!! I went and got the DVD of the first series but haven't watched it yet! I like anything by Shonda Rhimes so expect I'll enjoy it.
