Much the same as last week, a couple of short walks with Bella, a little gardening and a walk with my granddaughter. I finished my audiobook this week, The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins. And I'm Craving Cherry Ripe chocolate bars so I'm using that as motivation for moving when pain gets me down ... not the healthiest but I'm running with it lol
