A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. I love this meme, it helps me stay on track ... well, most of the time. Thanks Sheila!
Scrap for Charity day was fun, great to catch up with friends. I did more chatting than scrapping but will post a couple of pics next week.
Did I mention I saw Pompeii last week ... strange combination of great cinematics and cheese but I enjoyed it, well maybe it was the perving on Kit Harington's great abs I enjoyed :)
you're welcome :)
I can't believe how quickly March flew by ... things need to slow down so I can catch up or maybe I need to move faster lol
#bookblogwalkers update #13: Felicia's Book Blog Walkers: no excuses I had a pitiful week. Walked 2 days, then it rained, I was going to do one of those awesome free workouts with Jessica Smith ... I didn't. Someone give me a kick ... move it or lose it!!
Anyway I'm committed for another month. Head over to Felicia's to commit for April.

March did totally fly by- the only thing good about that is spring is closer. Finally! The Harlan Coben one sound good, and some of the coming reviews look interesting too...
ReplyDeleteTotally agree that March just flew by :( Glad you had fun at your retreat!! :)
ReplyDeleteLike the mix of genres here. So much more interesting than just one.
ReplyDeleteI am surprised that the months are flying by! I thought they would drag until the birth of our first grandson! Six Years is a good listen. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteWould love to listen to the audio of While We Were Watching Downton Abbey. But will wait till I forget the story and listen. I must look up Summer Queen in audio. Looking forward to the scrapping and chatting pics!
ReplyDelete"The Midwife" sounds great! I'm thinking about being a midwife once I'm finished up with nursing school so that might be a book I should check out. :)

I have SIX YEARS on my audiobook to-be-listened-to "shelf." I'll be interested to hear your thoughts! I really need to get serious about #BookBlogWalkers in April. March was a not so good month for exercise.
ReplyDeleteMy post is HERE. Happy reading!
Just back to say - hope you get back into exercise in April, but not giving you a kick start! Sometimes we need a bit of a holiday from it and then come back fresh to it.
ReplyDeleteMove it!!! ;)
ReplyDeletehahaha B, thanks I did today :)
DeleteI'm looking forward to peeving on those abs too,

I love Jennifer Worth's books - I have two to go, dragging them out slowly. Do you watch Call the Midwife?
ReplyDeleteI do watch it Sam, I watched the whole 1st season in one go and loved it!!
DeleteI just can't seem to make life slow down either. Let me know if you find out how to do this.
ReplyDeleteHere's my It's Monday!
I haven't read Jennifer Worth's books but they are extremely popular at my library and so is the show. I've watched a couple of episodes and I can see why!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked While We Were Watching Downton Abbey. I thought it was a fun book and it would be great to have a group like that to watch the show with.
I do agree that Kit Harrington has nice abs. I like his character on Game of Thrones which is why I am sure George R.R. Martin will kill him off...
Hard to believe tomorrow is April 1st. Hope you have a great week. I also enjoyed the audio of While We Were Watching Downton Abbey.
ReplyDeleteI've been doing ok with my exercise but really need to start tracking my food intake. My scale isn't moving down at all - that's not good.
This NFrench series I have said every year to start reading, I do enjoy the authors work. This is the year to try Harlan C also.
ReplyDeleteGreat list.
I am loving Missing You by Harlan Coben; it kept me up late last night so now I am still tired, but I still have a few chapters to go. Highly recommended! Have a good week. Glad you enjoyed your Scrapbook event.
ReplyDeleteI loved Orphan Train, too; and Thursday's Children is on my list...but Waiting for Wednesday is just coming out this week, so I must read that one first. Love that series.
ReplyDeleteAnd, of course, While We Were Watching Downton Abbey was so much fun!
Enjoy your week...and your "pitiful" two days of walking is so far ahead of mine...LOL (None?).
Thanks for visiting my blog.
I loved While We Were Watching Downton Abbey and Orphan Train. Enjoy your other reads also.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog.
Pompeii lookd like too much cheese for me but those abs would make it more intersting for sure :)
ReplyDeleteOMG i love your blog design! Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteCheck out what we are reading this week.
Leydy @OUaT & RCE
I haven't read any of these before but it looks like you had a very productive week with lots of interesting books for this week. I hope you have a great week reading and enjoy your books. I love your little owl. Super cute
ReplyDeleteIt's Monday
I'm glad to say goodbye to March. Our weather has been appalling! Nor did I get as much read as I had hoped. I read Six Years by Harlan Coben and enjoyed it. It should make a good audiobook. Let's hope we both have a better April!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great week. Thanks for dropping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteAnyone named Kit is going to be hot.
