I had a really good week ... walking, exploring and snorkeling on Lady Elliot Island was great fun. Snorkeling in the cool water and being in the pool at home is the only time I don't have pain in my hands (when the pool isn't bath temperature anyway) 


Did you get your move on this week? 

Fitbit Steps: 
Mon: 2 hour walk + 3 hour snorkeling (16,637 steps)
Tue:  1 hour walk + 2 hour snorkeling (9453 steps)
Wed: 30 min walk (10,085 steps)
Thurs: swim with Mia (6063 steps) 
Fri: 30 min walk + swim with Mia (11,347 steps) 
Sat: rest day (4638 steps)
Sun: 40 min walk + swim (10,192)


  1. I've been a bit slack on the exercise during January but time to get back into the routine.

  2. You had a great week and good mix of exercise! With all the snow and cold mine is all on the treadmill - I'm grateful for that.

  5. Great week!!! I need to try to vary my routine - lately all I've been doing are walks. I need to get back to doing yoga and some strength training. Love the photo!!!

  8. Fantastic fitness week and wonderful to go snorkelling as you did. I must check out Lady Eliot Island. Sounds a great place.
