The 24 hour read-a-thon may have to be re-named the 24 hour talkathon!! I think it was Dar from
Peeking Between the Pages who commented how lucky we were to have company for the read-a-thon but at this point a little reading has been interspersed with a lot of mouth moving *psychotic grin*.
On a positive note we have solved the problems of the world, entertained each other wiith a favourite quote/excerpt from our current read & basically had an enjoyable hour of reading the same line in a book for the 15th time. Don't you hate that!
On a side note I'm really enjoying The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas - so back to it!
Sidetracked again - just have to leave you with this little tidbit
'Good morning, little man,' said Kotler, reaching out and - quite appallingly - ruffling his hand through Bruno's hair, a gesture that made Bruno want to push him to the ground and jump up and down on his head.
Due to necessity we have set ourselves a mini challenge - NO TALKING FOR ONE HOUR
Good Luck with your Read-a-Thon! It sounds like you are having fun! I have something for you on my blog!
