It's Monday! What Are You Reading

A weekly event now hosted by Sheila from One Persons Journey Through a World Of Books to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week.

I keep making grand plans for my reading week and each week I seem to de-rail. Do you think that stops me from making more? LOL nah ... there are so many good books in my line-up and just not enough hours in the day. My big goal this week is to be well enough after the latest complications from my op to make it to scrapbook camp with Alaine. And scrapbook camp is huge inspiration; a whole weekend of scrapping, time laughing with Alaine, surrounded by supportive female friends and no cooking necessary. Sound perfect? ... it is! And it's just what Alaine and I need!

  23. Scrapbook week sounds like fun! Takes me back to my childhood and all the adventures I had then.

I think my blogging (with the headers, widgets, etc.) is my version of scrapbooking these days.

  24. I got Beautiful Creatures last week and I'm dying to start it, but I've got too many review copies to get through first. My fingers are just itching to grab it every time I walk past that pile of TBR.

I look forward to your review of The Iron King. Read some great reviews for it already.

    Have a great week!

  35. I tried so hard to find Beautiful Creatures this weekend! Couldn't find it in any of the in-airport bookstores or even at the Borders in the mall in Seattle. BUT...I found Shiver, Fallen, and Soulless instead and OMG did I LOVE two out of the three. (still not sure what to think of Fallen)

I'm headed over to your review of B.C. now. Have a wonderful week!

  36. I thought I commented already. Apparently, I did not. No wonder why my google reader still had your post "unread" even though I really did read it. :/

Anyway, you have a fantastic list of books. The thriller/suspense type ones are not really what I read but have been feeling the urge lately to do so.

Destined for an Early Grave...oh...I sooo cannot wait to hear what you think of this story. I really am wanting another Cat and Bones story. I hope Jeaniene Frost hurries up and writes another book to this series.

The Iron King is intriguing me. I look forward to your thoughts on this one as well.

Hope you have a great weekend at the scrapbook camp. It is great that you and Alaine get to do this!! Have loads of fun.
