A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. Thanks Sheila :)
Well an eventful fortnight, I'm really hoping for a couple of dull, boring weeks so I can get my head back on straight lol.
In the fun stuff, Callum's Year 12 Formal went off well, I got some fantastic photos to scrapbook and they had a great time. Very little sleep was had as this mum wanted to make sure Cal and his mates were home from the After Formal Party safe and sound ... they were at 4am :)
Cal & his best mate Alex
My nose suture line has healed fantastic after the course of antibiotics so I was really happy to get a nice photo of Callum and myself at pre-formal photos.
In the not so fun stuff, last weekend I had a serious toxicity reaction to a medication I was taking, ended up experiencing hallucinations, tremors and all sorts of unpleasant effects ... hence no Monday post last week and I'm still feeling a little shaky, with my blood pressure all over the place so whatever I get done this week great, and everything else will just have to wait ... you know the drill; bare with me pretty please :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a great picture of the two of you. You look fantastic! Medication can be tricky. The medication they put me on when I had high blood pressure before Gage came took away a week of my life. I was seriously that out of it! Hope you are feeling better soon.
