It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. I love this meme, it helps me stay on track ... well, most of the time. Thanks Sheila!

It's been a big couple of weeks on the home front, hence missing last week's Monday post. My eldest son Anthony and his fiancée eloped; they've been together for 6 years, high school sweethearts. We're very happy for them but sad we weren't able to share such a special time.

Scrapbook retreat was a lot of fun as always, I'll post the cards I made next week :)

class layout - design by Sue Tonga

Alaine and I did this one together

finally scrapped a layout of Cal & his best mate - Year 12 Formal 2011.
Can't rush these things lol

  2. Best wishes to your son and daughter in law!

It looks like you had a productive time at your retreat. The pictures look really cute.

I look forward to your thoughts on Allegiant and The Longest Ride. I have the Nicholas Sparks book checked out from the library but I don't think I'll have time to read it before it is due back.

  8. Hmm would be disappointing missing such a big event - I guess they had their reasons. Very exciting though.
Will be interested to see what you thought of Allegiant. I had mixed feelings.

  11. Wow! That is a big week! How many times we urged my sons to elope rather than put out the big bucks on a one-time event! Now your son and his wife can use that money in a better way, perhaps.

Hope you will stop by my It's Monday! And don't forget to enter my giveaway for the Literary Blog Hop!
