It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

A weekly event hosted by Sheila from Book Journey to discuss your reading week ~ the books you've read and those you plan on reading in the coming week. I love this meme, it helps me stay on track ... well, most of the time. Thanks Sheila!

Such a beautiful, busy, special week just gone and a joy watching Anthony and Christine with their darling little Mia. I'm loving the visits and cuddle time and I'm seriously in heaven taking photos. My Dad & Annette return from the US later in the week and they're excited to see their great granddaughter, 1st great granddaughter in the family.

Mia 9 days old

Reviews Coming:

THE COLLECTOR by Nora Roberts (audiobook) ~ not up there with The Witness. A bit predictable and implausible but still enjoyable, good narration by Jenna Whalen.

  7. Your granddaughter is so cute! Thanks for sharing the picture.

I downloaded the audiobook version of Code Name Verity when it was free through Sync but I haven't listened to it yet. I have a feeling it will be just as powerful (or maybe more) as reading the print version of the story.

    1. I'll probably bore everyone with lots more pics Christina lol. I tried to get it free with Sync but just couldn't figure it out so I used audible credits ... the narration is good and I'm enjoying it so far.

    1. Aww thanks Rita, I've been getting lots of practice and I'm over the moon with the photos I've taken of the little cutie pie. You just can't have too many photos I say. Only a few chapters in but I'm enjoying Code Name Verity so far, the narration is good.

    1. Thanks Kathryn, I'm over the moon with the photos I've taken and my son and daughter in law are thrilled. They grow so quickly, it's wonderful to have these precious memories preserved.
I enjoyed Then Came You, not my favourite of the series but still good. Does Jill Shalvis ever write a bad book? lol
