It's Sunday/Monday: Check-In Time

Linking up with The Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer and It's Monday! What are You Reading? hosted by Sheila from Book Journey

On the home front:
Busy week of appointments, my daughter-in-law (Mia's mummy) and I did a little op shopping and I had lunch with my youngest son in the city. I made Swedish Chocolate Cake (Kladdkaka) again just so I could take more photos haha ... I'll post on Tuesday so come back and drool grab the recipe.

Gorgeous weather today, we spent a lovely day catching up with Mike's family at Bribie Island and Bella went nuts on the beach.

Later in the week the kids are having an early get-away for their wedding anniversary so I'm having my granddaughter for 2 days ... what fun, I'm sure she'll wear me out lol.

  1. Beautiful pictures! Glad you had a nice visit. I hope you enjoy your extra Mia time this week :)

I am relieved that you liked Menagerie. Maybe I'll give it a try. I liked After You a lot though it wasn't as good as Me Before You. I tried reading The Martian but couldn't get into it. I do plan to see the movie but probably when it is on DVD.

    1. Thanks Christina. I am loving Menagerie, it seriously hooked me from the start, audio is brilliantly narrated too.
I want to see The Martian at the movies but not sure what I'll get to first, audio or movie? If I see the movie I probably won't want to read the book anytime soon.
