#FitReaders Weekly Check-in: 2/52

I'm moving and keeping heart healthy with FitReaders in 2015. It's a great way to stay motivated, accountable and it's more fun having bloggy friends to check in with. If you also have a fitbit and want to add me, let me know :)

This week was a bit of a bummer, pain left me feeling blah and I couldn't get out of my own way. I only walked once but I did finally finish my audiobook, Elizabeth Chadwick's The Winter Crown and it was excellent! Hope everyone got their move on this week!

Fitbit Steps:
Mon: 5465 steps

  1. Sorry you were in pain :( I hope you feel better this week!!!!

  2. I hope you are feeling better. I'm glad you enjoyed your audio book and got to finish it at least.

I didn't get to exercise as much as I'd hoped this past week and I am not sure I will be able to today either. I plan to try though :)

  3. Sorry about you being in pain. I struggle with that as well. Luckily I've been doing ok so far this year.

You still got in a lot of steps so congrats!

  5. Sorry to hear not so good and pain dogging you. Those steps look pretty good to me though!

  6. Sorry to hear about the pain that disrupted your usual exercising. Hope you are feeling better this week.

  7. Those bleh weeks are so bleh but they happen

  8. Yea Teddy! I'm not participating but doing my own thing. Getting moving helps with our winter blahs. keep it up

  9. I hope next week is better for you. Yay for finishing the audiobook! I love Elizabeth Chadwick's novels.

  10. GFY listening to your body and not pushing yourself. I hope you feel much better this week. The Chadwick book is on my list!

  11. Sorry to hear that you had pain this week, hope this week is a better week for you. I participated in a Step Safari challenge last year through work and loved it. It really motivated me to improve my steps and influenced how I went about my day. Things like where I parked my car so I'd have to walk a little further to work, taking the stairs rather than a lift. Happy stepping for 2015!

  12. I can't believe how poorly I;m doing so far this year. I need some motivation!
