#FitReaders co-hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About
I'm moving and keeping heart healthy with FitReaders in 2015. It's a great way to stay motivated, accountable and it's more fun having bloggy friends to check in with. If you also have a fitbit and want to add me, let me know :)
This week was a bit of a bummer, pain left me feeling blah and I couldn't get out of my own way. I only walked once but I did finally finish my audiobook, Elizabeth Chadwick's The Winter Crown and it was excellent! Hope everyone got their move on this week!

ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better. I'm glad you enjoyed your audio book and got to finish it at least.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get to exercise as much as I'd hoped this past week and I am not sure I will be able to today either. I plan to try though :)
Sorry about you being in pain. I struggle with that as well. Luckily I've been doing ok so far this year.
ReplyDeleteYou still got in a lot of steps so congrats!

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear not so good and pain dogging you. Those steps look pretty good to me though!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the pain that disrupted your usual exercising. Hope you are feeling better this week.
ReplyDeleteThose bleh weeks are so bleh but they happen
ReplyDeleteYea Teddy! I'm not participating but doing my own thing. Getting moving helps with our winter blahs. keep it up
ReplyDeleteI hope next week is better for you. Yay for finishing the audiobook! I love Elizabeth Chadwick's novels.
ReplyDeleteGFY listening to your body and not pushing yourself. I hope you feel much better this week. The Chadwick book is on my list!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that you had pain this week, hope this week is a better week for you. I participated in a Step Safari challenge last year through work and loved it. It really motivated me to improve my steps and influenced how I went about my day. Things like where I parked my car so I'd have to walk a little further to work, taking the stairs rather than a lift. Happy stepping for 2015!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how poorly I;m doing so far this year. I need some motivation!
