#FitReaders Weekly Check-in: 2/52



I'm moving and keeping heart healthy with FitReaders in 2015. It's a great way to stay motivated, accountable and it's more fun having bloggy friends to check in with. If you also have a fitbit and want to add me, let me know :)

This week was a bit of a bummer, pain left me feeling blah and I couldn't get out of my own way. I only walked once but I did finally finish my audiobook, Elizabeth Chadwick's The Winter Crown and it was excellent! Hope everyone got their move on this week! 

Fitbit Steps: 
Mon: 5465 steps  
Tue:  13,744 steps  ~ walk with Mia & Bella
Wed: 7033 steps 
Thurs: 7356 steps 
Fri: 6151 steps
Sat: 4294 steps 
Sun: 3500 steps

  2. I hope you are feeling better. I'm glad you enjoyed your audio book and got to finish it at least.

    I didn't get to exercise as much as I'd hoped this past week and I am not sure I will be able to today either. I plan to try though :)

  3. Sorry about you being in pain. I struggle with that as well. Luckily I've been doing ok so far this year.

    You still got in a lot of steps so congrats!

  11. Sorry to hear that you had pain this week, hope this week is a better week for you. I participated in a Step Safari challenge last year through work and loved it. It really motivated me to improve my steps and influenced how I went about my day. Things like where I parked my car so I'd have to walk a little further to work, taking the stairs rather than a lift. Happy stepping for 2015!
